Q: There is a sold sign on an item I really liked; does that mean that was the only one available? |
A: If there is a sold sign on or under an item that means that particular item has been sold. However, depending on the item, we still may be able to make a similar design. Just email us with the product number and ask.

Q: How can I be sure that you still have a particular item that I ordered? |
A: The items for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. The website will be updated when items are sold. However, if we’re not fast enough, and the piece you’ve ordered is unavailable, you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.

| Q: Can I use my ceramic pieces in the oven? |
A: All of the ceramic pieces are over-safe. However, NEVER take an Earthenpryde ceramic piece out of the oven and run cold water over it, or out of the cold refrigerator and expose it to high temperatures. The glazes – or even the whole piece – could crack and make the piece unsafe for handling food.
